• A MARKETING PLAN should not be too intricate that authors feel overwhelmed with the idea of implementing it.  We have developed a simple program to help our authors put their name and that of their book up front so that readers can see it, thus making his name a household item like that of James Patterson, Stephen King, and Danielle Steel.
• In this plan we, OMNI Book Publishing, will do most of the work. You, the author, make the appearances and sign the books.
• Our MARKETING PLAN is especially designed for each individual author and the area in the country where he lives. It consists of:
• • REVIEWS.   We will contact up to 30 newspaper critics from all over the country, send your book to them, and ask them to review it.  if you have a certain area of the country that you are interested in getting reviews from, just let us know and we will change some of the newspapers from our list to fit your own.
• BOOK SIGNINGS.   By far the best way to advertise yourself, your book, and sell copies at the same time.  For this we will confer with you to see how far from your area you are willing to travel.  We will also need to know with how many signings per day you are comfortable
• We will make all the arrangements for you - your job is to be there on time.
• We will provide you with business cards and bookmarkers. Posters and books will be shipped to the location by us a few days before the appointment.
• We will try for 25 places within a radius of... (see above)... miles from your home.

OUR MARKETING PACKEGE INCLUDES:

~~~  1000 business cards depicting the cover of your book.

~~~  1000 bookmarkers, as per above.

~~~  25 laminated posters (11" x 17"), as per above

~~~  25 non-laminated posters (11" x 17")  to place on windows at the signing site.

THE FULL PRICE OF THIS MARKETING PLAN IS $1195.00

The decision and payment to have this plan MUST be made seven days from signing the publishing contract, in order to have more time available to implement it.

We have found a wonderful source for business cards and bookmarks, and here are the prices:

1000 Business cards made in a 14 point (most cards are on 8 to 10 point), and shinny UV coating. Their price is $135 and this is price until the end of November 2009. We are trying to make this dateline the end of December and hope to be able to get it.  You will be advised here.

Book marks, 2" x 8" for full color printing.  If we provide the design the price is  500 at $253,  1000 at $278, and 2000 at $290.  The supplied art should be on high resolution pdf.    Their paper stock is 14 point and is Aqueous coated.

It must be paid in advance, and the turnaround time will be between 7 to 10 days.

These cards and bookmarks are of excellent quality, very stiff and printed on both sides.
