News for our authors:   Starting immediately OMNI Book Publishing is offering Large Print for your book, as well as the regular print.   The publishing fee will increase $85 making it $635, and because more paper will be used the retail price of the book will increase $5 per copy.

If the author wants to have his book printed in both regular and large font, there will be the extra charge of $50 because we will need two ISBN and EAN barcodes.

We have started a new Division of OMNI Books that we named PAWPRINTS. It deals with children's books  and is in many ways, different from the adult books we publish: the paper is different, and even the way that is printed is not like the adult books, fiction and non-fiction.

THE GOLDEN ERA OF GOLD MEDAL BOOKS 

In May of 1950 Fawcett Books presented a new kind of books and Americans fell in love with them.  They were small paperbacks, original works (not reprints from hardbacks), and they were small enough to carry them in a pocket or handbag.  

Unfortunately, this trend only lasted about 13 years, but we thought... why not bringing them back?  The authors will be happy to see their book published and in the hands of the Internet distributors, and the readers will have some good, entertaining reading to enjoy during a flight, or just to relax with a good book when there isn't time for anything else.
