Author Ernesto Villavicencio was born in Costa Rica and has a Master's Degree in International Commerce Management, and a specialty course in Marketing from Tokyo, Japan. He was in the diplomatic corps as a General Consul of Costa Rica in Bucharest. He is the author of international marketing documents, university professor, public speaker, former president of OCINSA, which is a company specialized in human resources, motivaition, success, customer service, sales and marketing. Mr. Villavicencio has collaborated on Opinion and Motivation articles with the best newspapers in Costa Rica, and also with the National Chamber of Radio in that country in a daily program of national connection with radio stations. He has visited 32 countries in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Presently, he is working on a DVD about Motivation and Self-Improvement.
